World Class Positivity - It's Contagious

A positive attitude is contagious. Don’t wait to catch it from others - be a carrier!!!

I am seeing examples of carriers of positivity everywhere! A few examples:

• Previously sedentary people out walking and riding bikes throughout my community

• A gym parceling out its equipment to members to use at home so that they can do some form of training while shut in

• A friend of mine noticed he had 8 books on his ipad that he either had only just started or not started at all. He has dedicated himself to finishing all 8

This, to me, defines the human spirit. The fight we all have within ourselves when the chips are down. Find it within you, and spread it as widely as you can!!
