5 Daily Reminders:
I am amazing.
I can do anything.
Positivity is a choice.
I celebrate my individuality.
I am prepared to succeed.
These are all great reminders that I am trying to incorporate into my daily routine. I find that the recommended minimum dosage is twice a day - upon rising and just before retiring for the day. When I remind myself of these things in the morning it makes my day so much better. And, when I remind myself again before going to sleep at night my subconscious mind processes them throughout the night. Of course, you do more than just twice. Whenever you feel tired, overwhelmed or negative thoughts begin to dominate go back and do a refresh!!
