What is “Holistic Wellness” and why is it important to me?
World Class Wellness & Fitness believes that the whole being is greater than the sum of its parts. That is, there is an interdependence of the individual parts that comprise the whole. Generally, the parts considered in holistic wellness include body, mind and spirit. Therefore, in order to achieve optimal wellness attention should be given to each of these components of the whole because they are all intertwined.
Certainly, there are differing opinions on what exactly should be considered in holistic wellness. Here are the elements that I consider essential in a practical approach to this lifestyle choice:

· Nutrition
· Recovery
· Meditation
· Mindfulness
What affects any one of these parts (positively or negatively) in turn impacts the whole (positively or negatively) because of the interdependence of the parts. If you are seeking optimal wellness, consider improving each of these separate pillars of health.
